USGF Special Operations – 54 Day Novena For Reparation

WHY REPARATION AT THIS MOMENT IN HISTORY?

The start time for this 54 Day Rosary Novena was chosen to coincide with Day One of the Vatican’s Worldwide Meeting of Bishops on the Abuse Crisis on February 21-24. In case you are not tuned in to all that has led to this moment in history, here is what we are facing: READ HERE.

CALL TO ACTION – REPARATION 54: We need to pray … and pray HARD!! To all the United States Grace Force, I write to you to ask you to join in this very important 54 Day Rosary Novena called, “Reparation 54.”

In the year leading up to Our Lady’s appearances at Fatima, St. Michael the Archangel appeared to the children with the call to sacrifice and prayer “for the reparation of sins by which God is offended.”

This is the prayer St. Michael instructed the children to pray, and the prayer we will all pray each day during our 54 Day Novena for Reparation:

St. Michael the Archangel Prayer for Reparation

“Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly, and I offer Thee the Most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of the same Son Jesus Christ present in all the Tabernacles of the world, in reparation for all the sacrileges, outrages, and indifferences by which He Himself is offended. Through the infinite merits of His Most Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of Thee the conversion of poor sinners.”

We will also pray for our priests each day during our 54 Day Novena for Reparation. The following prayer was derived from Cardinal Cushing’s Litany of Prayers for Priests, and abbreviated by Fr. John Zuhlsdorf (Fr. Z), with the Imprimatur from our beloved and brave Bishop Robert Morlino, who passed away this past November. This prayer is also found in the United States Grace Force Prayer Book:

Daily Prayer for Priests

O Almighty Eternal God, look upon the face of Thy Christ, and for the love of Him who is the Eternal High Priest, have pity on Thy priests. Remember, O most compassionate God, that they are but weak and frail human beings. Stir up in them the grace of their vocation which is in them by the imposition of the bishop’s hands. Keep them close to Thee, lest the Enemy prevail against them, so that they may never do anything in the slightest degree unworthy of their sublime vocation.

O Jesus, I pray Thee for Thy faithful and fervent priests; for Thy unfaithful and tepid priests; for Thy priests laboring at home or abroad in distant mission fields; for Thy tempted priests; for Thy lonely and desolate priests; for Thy young priests; for Thy aged priests; for Thy sick priests, for Thy dying priests; for the souls of Thy priests in purgatory.

But above all I commend to Thee the priests dearest to me; the priest who baptized me; the priests who absolved me from my sins; the priests at whose Masses I assisted, and who gave me Thy Body and Blood in Holy Communion; the priests who taught and instructed me, or helped and encouraged me; all the priests to whom I am indebted in any other way, particularly (name here). O Jesus, keep them all close to Thy Heart, and bless them abundantly in time and in eternity. Amen.

Imprimatur +Robert C. Morlino, Bishop of Madison, 6 September 2018

We are asking for three commitments from the United States Grace Force for this Special Operations mission entitled, “Reparation 54” (February 21 – April 15):

  1. Reflect on the daily meditations and pray the 54 Day Rosary Novena by using the traditional prayers that go with it, along with the St. Michael the Archangel Prayer of Reparation and the Prayer for Priests (see daily emails and/or social media posts beginning Feb. 21. Also, found on romancatholicman.com).
  2. Join the United States Grace Force (see below) and do your best to incorporate the USGF strength practices. Found HERE.
  3. Reparation: Incorporate, at least, one act of reparation. It is recommended that you tackle a dominant fault. For example, this can even mean working on physical health (diet, exercise, etc.).

For those who want to find a Spanish translation of the daily prayers and reflections for the 54 Day Novena for Reparation, go HERE.

“When people say the Rosary together, it is far more formidable to the devil, than one said privately. Because in this public prayer, it is an army that is attacking him. He can often overcome the prayer of an individual, but if this prayer is joined to other Christians, the devil has much more trouble in getting the best of it.” -St Louis de Montfort.

What is needed now, more than ever, is to grow an enormous United States Grace Force that is strong in the Lord and in his mighty power (Eph. 6:10). This is what makes the Grace Force the elite fighting force that it is: Every last soul in this remnant Grace Force has an unwavering belief in the supernatural power of God. This is “key.” It is, literally, the key that opens the door to the Divine Life; to a supernaturally powered life in a state of grace.

With this greatest of needs in mind, we have launched a new branch of the United States Armed Forces:
